Fixed Jaw Die
Mount on the frame side to form the crushing chamber. Tooth peaks, valleys and the heavily loaded lower zone experience impact and abrasion. Check one/two-piece construction, tooth profile and clamping arrangement.

Movable / Swing Jaw Die
Move with the pitman and apply crushing loads, combining impact, compression and sliding wear. Check tooth profile, weight, holes and seating against the pitman.
