Metso History and Mining Equipment

Metso was formed in 1999 through the merger of Rauma Corporation and Valmet. Its minerals business combined with Outotec in 2020, and the company adopted the Metso name in 2023. Its equipment portfolio covers grinding, crushing, mineral processing and material handling, including installations from several legacy brands.
