Start spare-part confirmation with the complete model, crushing cavity and liner combination

The same HP Series model may use standard, short-head and several cavity configurations. Mantles and concaves must be checked as a matched set. Bushings, hydraulic components and drive parts also require confirmation against the serial number, interfaces and drawing revision.

Nordberg HP Series Model Range

The table retains the head diameter, maximum feed opening, installed power and maximum capacity published in the OEM manual for preliminary identification of installed equipment and spare parts.

Standard Models Head Diameter Maximum Feed Opening Installed Power Maximum capacity
HP100 735 mm 150 mm 90 kW 155 t/h
HP200 940 mm 185 mm 132 kW 250 t/h
HP300 1120 mm 241 mm 220 kW 440 t/h
HP400 1320 mm 304 mm 315 kW 630 t/h
HP500 1520 mm 351 mm 355 kW 790 t/h
HP900 1780 mm 356 mm 700 kW 2000 t/h
HP3 1000 mm 220 mm 250 kW 388 t/h
HP4 1120 mm 252 mm 315 kW 555 t/h
HP5 1250 mm 317 mm 370 kW 600 t/h
HP6 1400 mm 331 mm 500 kW 790 t/h

Feed opening and capacity vary with the cavity, setting, material and operating conditions. Manufacturing liners or spare parts still requires confirmation of the standard or short-head configuration, cavity, drawing number and installed version.

Wear Parts

Crushing-Chamber Liners and Frame Guards

Each part is described by wear location, operating conditions and candidate material. The mantle and concave must be checked as a matched set for the selected cavity.

Spare Parts

Bushings, Drive, Hydraulic and Locking Systems

General spare parts must be confirmed by fit, accuracy, material, lubrication, hydraulic interfaces and serial number; the HP model name alone is insufficient.

OEM-Published Tooling and Maintenance Kits

Feed-Cone and Mantle-Liner Lifting Tools and Fastening Kits

Only tools and kits with an existing OEM-published application relationship are shown. Confirm the applicable model, liner design and rated load before purchase.

Includes locking-bolt packs, concave fastening packs, feed-cone bolts, wedges, washers and related fasteners. Kit contents vary with the HP model and liner version.

Before purchasing tooling, confirm the tool number, applicable model, liner design and rated load. Check every item in a maintenance kit against the equipment serial number and liner version.

What information is needed to request a quote for HP Series mantle and concave liners?

Please provide the complete HP model, standard or short-head configuration, cavity profile, drawing or current part number, serial number, closed-side setting, photos of used parts, material and operating conditions.

Are liners for the same HP model directly interchangeable?

No. The same model may use standard, short-head and several cavity configurations. The mantle and concave must be checked as a matched set, together with the drawing revision and fastening arrangement.

What materials are used for HP Series liners?

High-manganese steel is the conventional route. Composite or embedded wear solutions can also be evaluated for specific conditions. Selection depends on rock type, abrasiveness, feed, closed-side setting and wear pattern.
