Used for secondary and fine crushing. Mantles and bowl liners face high-stress abrasion and fatigue; material grades and chamber profiles must suit the feed characteristics.

A cone crusher uses eccentric head motion to vary the chamber between the mantle and the bowl liner or concave, reducing material through compressive crushing. Mantles and bowl liners are the main consumable wear parts. Feed plates, frame protection, bronze bearings, seals and gear sets also affect continuous operation. This guide identifies 20 individual wear and spare parts for selection and procurement.
