About ANRANST

Connecting Global Industry with Chinese Wear Part Expertise

ANRANST connects mining and heavy industry customers worldwide with Chinese engineers, materials specialists and manufacturing resources. Our work covers equipment and part identification, technical review, quality monitoring and delivery to approved drawings. We operate independently of OEMs; suitability is established for the specific model, drawings and operating conditions.

Ways to Work With Us

Choose the Project Support You Need

All three service options begin with the same review of project information. Scope, fees and responsibilities are defined in the quotation or technical agreement.

Manufacturer Sourcing

We identify suitable Chinese manufacturers for overseas customers, with a project-based sourcing commission.

Technical Services

Materials assessment, drawing review, quality monitoring, production tracking and acceptance coordination are available, with technical service fees based on the agreed scope.

Direct Supply

ANRANST organizes manufacturing and delivery, with commercial terms included in the product or overall supply quotation.
Manufacturing

From Engineering Review to Manufacturing

Manufacturing follows approved drawings and technical agreements. The engineering team reviews materials and processes against the specifications. For related heat-treatment services, see ANRAN DHT.

Process Route

Casting, forging, welding, machining and surface treatment are selected according to part geometry, material and technical requirements.

Technical Agreement

Material grade, heat treatment, dimensional tolerances, inspection requirements and acceptance criteria are documented before production.

Production Tracking

For each order, we track material batches, heat-treatment records, machining stages and inspection status, with progress reporting against the agreed delivery schedule.
Quality control

Inspection Before Dispatch

Inspection checks that the goods meet the agreed material, dimensional, treatment and documentation requirements.

Material Verification

Chemical composition, mechanical properties and hardness are checked against the specified grade and heat-treatment requirements before release.

Dimensional Inspection

Critical dimensions, tolerances and mating interfaces are measured and recorded against approved drawings before dispatch.

Delivery Documentation

Inspection reports, material certificates, heat-treatment records and traceability documents accompany the goods as specified in the technical agreement.
How We Work

From Part Identification to Manufacturing and Delivery

Each project moves through identification, materials and design review, manufacturing and quality inspection, with requirements documented in the technical agreement.

Part Identification and Fit Assessment

Identify the part using the equipment model, part number, drawing or measured dimensions, then review the installation position, interfaces and tolerances.

Materials and Design Improvement

For short service life, abnormal wear or nonstandard requirements, assess materials, geometry, manufacturing processes and inspection plans, with clear assumptions and application limits.

Manufacturing and Delivery Control

Translate approved drawings and technical agreements into material, heat-treatment, dimensional and inspection requirements. Confirm the agreed records and documents at delivery.
Project Process

Five Steps from Identification to Acceptance

Agree on deliverables and responsibilities for each project. Formal quotations, approved drawings and technical agreements define the order requirements.

1

Project Information

Gather equipment, part, drawing and operating data

2

Equipment and Part Identification

Check the model, revision, interfaces and installation position

3

Technical Assessment

Assess failure mechanisms, candidate materials and application limits

4

Quotation

Define manufacturing, inspection and commercial scope

5

Delivery and Acceptance

Check agreed dimensions, documents and acceptance criteria
