Drawing and Spare Part Numbers

MQ Drawing Number and Third-Party Part Number Check

MQ part numbers must be confirmed against the complete model, installation position and drawing revision. Numbers are not inferred on this page.

Selection Guidelines: Part numbers must match the model, shell dimensions and installation position. OEM drawing numbers and third-party part numbers are checked separately.

Can discharge parts be shared between an MQ wet grate-discharge mill and an MQY overflow mill?

No. The grates, pulp lifters and end structures differ. First confirm the complete model, discharge type, shell dimensions, arrangement, drawing number and drawing revision.

Are grates for different MQ-45 mills directly interchangeable?

No. Mills in the same nominal-diameter series may have different lengths, apertures, segments, rotation directions, lifters, supports and drives. Check the project drawings.

How can CITIC HIC MQ parts be identified without a drawing number?

Submit the nameplate, shell diameter × length, general arrangement, photographs of the grates and lifters, liner arrangement and key dimensions to assess identification, reverse engineering and manufacturing requirements.

Submit the CITIC HIC MQ model, shell dimensions, grate drawing number or liner requirement

Provide the complete model, shell diameter × length, serial number, liner layout, drawings, used part photographs, materials and duty. We coordinate identification, material assessment, manufacturing selection, quality control and finished part delivery.
