Founded in Denmark, the company developed an international engineering and equipment business.
FLS Mining Equipment and Wear-Part Identification
FLS supplies mineral processing technology and services across the mining flowsheet. This directory connects current mining equipment, historic brands and installed equipment with wear parts, general spare parts, materials and drawing-based enquiries.
Crusher part identification: for each FLS crusher family, provide the model, drawing number, part number, interfaces and duty. A legacy brand name supports identification but does not by itself prove interchangeability.
From FLSmidth to the current FLS mining portfolio
Brand history and acquisitions help identify current and legacy equipment. Spare parts are specified using the nameplate, full model designation, serial number, part or drawing number, and drawings.
FLSmidth was founded in Denmark in 1882 and now uses FLS as its market brand. Its acquisition of thyssenkrupp Mining was completed in 2022, adding HPGR, ERC, gyratory crushing and related mining technologies. The cement business sale was completed in October 2025; FLS now focuses on mining technology and services.
The acquisition of TK Mining added its mining equipment technologies to the FLS portfolio.
After completing the sale of its cement business, FLS continues to provide mining technology and services.
