Wear Parts

Crushing-Roll Wear Parts, Casing Liners and Scrapers

Five groups cover replaceable tooth segments, roll shells, side liners, bottom wear plates and adjustable scrapers. Materials are initial candidates; confirm them against drawings, worn parts and inspection requirements.

Bottom Liners and Discharge-Area Wear Plates

Bottom Liner & Discharge Wear Plate

Protects wear-prone areas below the rolls, on the bottom plate and near maintenance covers. The card uses the official HRC machine image to indicate the area; confirm individual sections against installation drawings.

Adjustable Scrapers and Cleaning Blades

Adjustable Scraper & Cleaner Blade

Removes material adhering to the rolls and keeps the crushing zone clear. The OEM states that scrapers can be adjusted and replaced individually. Check location, clearance, edge profile, supports and adjustment mechanism.

Spare Parts

Roll Shafts, Supports, Drives and Floating-Roll Protection

Check fixed and floating roll shafts, bearing housings, belt drives, connections, rocker-arm hydraulic protection and gap-adjustment parts as a complete system against installation interfaces.

Fixed and Floating Roll Shaft Assemblies

Fixed & Floating Roll Shaft Assembly

The fixed and floating rolls have different support and relief functions. Check each roll position, shaft end, roll width, rotation, bearing seat, seal seat and drive connection separately.

Drive, Reduction and Coupling Assemblies

Drive, Gearbox & Coupling Assembly

The drive sits on a base connected to the crusher. The floating-roll drive moves with the rocker arm while maintaining belt tension. Check the motor, belt drive, reduction interfaces, couplings, rotation and mounting position.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is HRC 0610 enough to identify a crushing tooth segment?

No. Confirm fixed or floating roll position, segment location, tooth profile, tooth count, rotation, serial number and drawing. The model only narrows the identification scope.

Can a floating-roll hydraulic cylinder be replaced based on appearance?

No. Check bore, rod diameter, stroke, mounting trunnions, pressure, rocker-arm interfaces, synchronisation between both sides and seal configuration.
