Roll Shell / Roller Sleeve is the main working surface. Routes include one-piece or segmented shells and welded/hardfaced teeth; series names such as HRC must not be read as hardness codes. Stay at cast-steel / hardfacing / carbide-composite families—do not fill gaps with ZGMn13Cr2, 42CrMo, HB500+ or Cr20–26. See Double Roll Crusher.

Information Required for RFQ
- Provide the equipment manufacturer, machine model, serial number, model details, latest drawings, material characteristics, throughput, failure photographs, current part material and target service life.
Materials and values are for preliminary engineering selection. Final chemical composition, heat treatment, hardness and dimensional tolerances must follow the OEM drawings and technical agreement.
