Select equipment and wear parts to view product information and applicable operating conditions.
Explore equipment and wear parts by material characteristics, process stage and wear location.
Aggregate operations handle large volumes and measure margins per tonne. Wear-part selection must address:
Sustained production and low downtime; particle shape, flakiness, elongation, grading and fines content; the impact, abrasion and polishing characteristics of each rock; slurry erosion and dewatering-screen blinding in wet processing; rebar, wood, asphalt and tramp material in recycled feed; and strict iron contamination, particle-size and turbidity limits for specialty sands.
The longest-lasting wear part is not necessarily the best choice. Changes to chamber geometry, rotor profile or VSI discharge velocity can reduce product quality and overall plant returns.

ANRANST provides customers worldwide with engineering assessment, production at certified foundries to drawing, quality control and finished-part delivery for custom wear parts and industrial spares, with scope to support other custom industrial parts.
We review mating surfaces and interface dimensions and assess material, heat treatment and manufacturing feasibility.
Material grades and heat-treatment processes are specified order by order, confirmed in the technical agreement and tracked through production.
Drawing confirmation, material and process control, production tracking, inspection and acceptance coordination.
We coordinate manufacturing, quality confirmation, packaging and delivery of complete finished parts in a workable, closed-loop supply process.
Provide the existing model, drawings, drawing or part numbers, materials or operating conditions so we can identify the appropriate technical review and supply route.
