  • 65Mn spring steel is a candidate material for woven screen mesh. Verify wire diameter, weave, heat treatment and hardness against the screen specification.
  • 304/316 stainless steel: corrosion-resistant options for screening wet or corrosive materials.
  • Polyurethane is a candidate screening medium for fine particles. Select hardness, aperture geometry and thickness for particle size, loading and wet or dry conditions; assess service life against site wear.
  • Hardox 400 is a candidate wear-resistant plate grade for liners. Verify the hardness range against product thickness and the material certificate.
