MD DM / SM / DMX dry screens and dewatering screens — match screening media, supports and excitation parts to each design.
Selection and drawing-based supply of screen mesh, panels, liners and support spares. MD screens use woven wire mesh; dewatering screens use heavy-duty polyurethane media. Their apertures, supports and fixing systems require different parts.
Provide the full model, deck, screen width and length, aperture, wire diameter or panel thickness, and fixing method.

The MD width range does not specify each model's dimensions. Confirm apertures, decks and drive parameters from the nameplate and screen drawings.

Woven Wire Screen Mesh
For MD dry classification; check the deck, aperture, wire diameter, effective width and length, and tensioning edges.
Materials and Operating Conditions: The OEM lists mild carbon steel and stainless steel mesh. Select the material for abrasion and corrosion conditions.

Polyurethane Dewatering Panels
For dewatering screens, not a direct replacement for MD woven mesh. Check apertures and longitudinal support connections.
Materials and Operating Conditions: Polyurethane combines elasticity with wet abrasion resistance. Panel stiffness and connection strength must support the heavy material bed.

Materials and Operating Conditions: Confirm structural materials, welding and fatigue requirements from the original design; select protective liner materials separately.
