Provide roll diameter × width, tooth profile, roll gap and single- or dual-drive configuration.

Roll diameter, width and tooth profile are project-specific. Check drawings and serial numbers even for parts within the same range.
Select wear surfaces for abrasion, impact and adhesion. Confirm materials together with the existing part design, heat treatment and fixing method.

Directly contacts the feed material. Specify fixed or movable roll, diameter, width and segmentation in your enquiry.
Materials and Operating Conditions: Consider toughness and work hardening under impact, and wear-resistant alloys or repairable surfaces under abrasion.
