Phosphate processing lines and wear points

Explore equipment and wear parts by material characteristics, process stage and wear location.

Mines and concentrators handle abrasion, plugging and flotation involving soft ore, clay, sand and apatite particles. Wet-process phosphoric acid and fertilizer plants face corrosion and wear from sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, fluorides, gypsum crystals and high-temperature drying.

Upstream wear-part selection can draw on ore-washing and slurry-handling practice. Standard high-chromium cast iron is not automatically suitable for acid-plant pumps and valves: assess acid concentration, temperature, fluorides, solids and organic constituents together.

From Technical Assessment to Finished-Part Delivery

ANRANST provides customers worldwide with engineering assessment, production at certified foundries to the customer technical requirements, quality control and finished-part delivery for custom wear parts and industrial spares, with scope to support other custom industrial parts.

Drawing and Engineering Review

We review mating surfaces and interface dimensions and assess material, heat treatment and manufacturing feasibility.

Material and Heat-Treatment Specification

Material grades and heat-treatment processes are specified order by order, stated in the technical agreement and tracked through production.

Quality Control

Drawing confirmation, material and process control, production tracking, inspection and acceptance coordination.

Finished-Part Delivery

We coordinate manufacturing, quality confirmation, packaging and delivery of complete finished parts in a workable, closed-loop supply process.

Provide the equipment brand, complete model and serial number, part name, part number or drawing number, drawing revision, quantity, material requirements and duty. If identifiers are unavailable, send photographs and key dimensions.
