ST2G and cable-powered EST1030 remain in some regional or in-service Epiroc documentation but are absent from the current US main diesel/battery list. They are treated as regional or installed equipment, not current global main models. Check these installations individually by full model, serial number and nameplate.

Wear parts

Bucket GET, Liners, Cutting Edges and Structural Protection

Material links support ANRANST's engineering assessment of replacement parts, not one OEM material for every Scooptram model. Confirm against ore, impact, abrasion, bucket design, failure mode, used-part testing and drawings.

Bucket Teeth, Adapters and Retention Systems

Bucket Teeth, Adapters & Locking System

These parts take penetration impact, compression and abrasion during loading. The image identifies a similar part only, without establishing Epiroc OEM interchangeability. Check full Scooptram model, bucket, GET system, tooth position, adapter nose, retaining pin and used-part markings.

Material assessment: Teeth and adapters need a balance of surface wear resistance, chipping resistance, core toughness and reliable retention. Assess quenched-and-tempered or specialist alloy steels; grade and heat treatment must follow the original part, drawings and failure mode.

Lip, Wing and Corner Protectors

Lip, Wing & Corner Shrouds

Protect high-impact zones at the lip, wings and corners, forming the leading edge with the tooth system. The image identifies the category only. Check centre/side position, interfaces, holes, retention, thickness and adjacent adapters.

Material assessment: Assess complex protectors in high-strength wear-resistant cast steel or specialist alloys. In high-impact positions, hardness alone is insufficient: section transitions, heat treatment and backing support also govern life.

Bucket Floor, Side and Back Liners

Bucket Floor, Side & Back Liners

Line internal flow zones, floor, sides and back against sliding wear, loading impact and local deformation. The image does not establish Epiroc OEM interchangeability. Verify bucket number, segment location, curvature, thickness, holes, weld boundaries and wear map.

Material assessment: Flat and formed liners are generally screened from quenched-and-tempered wear plate. For severe impact or thick complex parts, assess wear-resistant cast steel, composite plate or local carbide reinforcement, then confirm for duty and repairability.

Cutting Edges, Side Cutters and Bucket Wear Strips

Cutting Edges, Side Cutters & Wear Bars

Cutting edges and side cutters control penetration; bottom and outer wear strips protect the shell. Check bucket model, edge segments, width, thickness, hole spacing, countersinks, edge orientation and welded or bolted construction.

Material assessment: Strong, tough quenched-and-tempered wear plate is the main candidate. Control hardness, flatness and machining heat effects for bending, hole-edge stress, edge impact and the site replacement method.

Articulation, Boom and Bucket Pin Contact Parts

Articulation, Boom & Bucket Pin قطع الغيار المستهلكة

Pins, bushings, thrust washers and trunnions in articulation, boom, linkage and bucket pivots work under oscillation, impact and boundary lubrication. The machine image locates the area. Check diameter, length, oil grooves, retention, housing bores and clearance at each pivot.

Material assessment: Assess pins in strong, tough alloy steel with surface hardening. Select bushings from copper alloys, steel-backed composites or the original bearing material, together with lubrication, contamination and housing-bore repair condition.

Underbody, Axle and Frame Wear Guards

Underbody, Axle & Frame Guards

Falling rock, uneven roadway floors and slurry wear replaceable guards beneath the frame, axles, battery box or power compartment. Check diesel or G/SG battery version, position, holes, bends and service access.

Material assessment: Guards are generally screened from strong, tough wear plate. Near batteries, preserve original safety clearances, isolation and collision protection; thicker plate must not arbitrarily alter the machine structure.

Spare parts

Core Spares for Linkage, Articulation, Transmission, Axles, Hydraulics and Power

General transmission and support parts are listed separately. Diesel models, ST10 G, ST14 SG and ST18 SG have different power and control systems. Check spares by full model, serial number, assembly nameplate, location and drawing.

Diesel or G/SG Battery-Electric Power and Control Systems

Diesel Power or G/SG Battery-electric Drive & Controls

For diesel models, check engine, intake/exhaust, cooling, fuel and drivetrain configuration. For G/SG battery models, check battery pack, motors, converters, cooling, charging connections, insulation monitoring and software version. The systems require separate spare-part identification.

Material assessment: Assess mechanical shafts, gears and couplings in transmission alloy steel, and cooling/hydraulic seals by fluid and temperature. High-voltage components must retain original electrical ratings, interfaces, safety certification and control version; shape alone is insufficient for reproduction.

Drawing and Spare-Part Numbers

References Must Match the Scooptram Model, Bucket/GET, Power Version and Position

The available local Epiroc reference records contain no publishable OEM part numbers cross-checked against specific Scooptram models, so no placeholder numbers are listed. Submit an Epiroc OEM, third-party or assembly reference, bucket or axle nameplate, catalogue page, used-part marking and key dimensions for tracing.

Reference Rules: Only references traceable to OEM catalogues, drawings, nameplates or reliable third-party cross-references are published. For GET, verify bucket, tooth system, tooth position, retention and side. Transmission, axle, hydraulic and electric-drive parts require assembly nameplates and installed versions.

Are bucket teeth and drivetrain parts interchangeable within the same Scooptram payload class?

No. Check the full model, serial number, bucket/GET system, diesel or G/SG battery power, axle and transmission nameplates, assembly references, location and key dimensions together.

What information is needed for a Scooptram spare-part enquiry?

Provide at least the full model and serial number, diesel/battery version, bucket or GET system, part location, assembly nameplate, OEM/third-party reference, used-part photographs, key dimensions, current material and failure details.

Can a part be identified without an Epiroc OEM reference?

Submit machine and assembly nameplates, catalogue pages, bucket or axle identification, used-part markings, photographs, dimensions and drawings. These support catalogue tracing, sample testing or measurement assessment. Numbers and interchangeability are not invented without reliable evidence.
