Blow Bars, Impact Plates and Chamber Protection

Identify each position separately. Select materials for impact, abrasion, metal in feed, target particle shape, replacement access and current failure patterns.

Wet-end and wear-part identification

The current stationary-HSI directory lists CI711, CI712, CI721, CI722, CI731, CI732. Preserve all digits. The CI721 product page identifies primary-stage duty and an open rotor; identify each installed model from its own records. source source source

  • Hammer/blow bars: record installed section, mounting and row arrangement. [source]
  • Curtain liners: identify first and second curtain positions separately. [source]
  • Base liners: record installed location, outline and fixings. [source]
  • Rotor-and-shaft assembly: record the installed rotor identity and hammer arrangement. [source]

Nameplate identification

Send legible carrier and crusher nameplates: manufacturer, complete model and suffix, serial number, and year where stated. Identify your parts / send nameplate.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the model enough to identify CI700 blow bars?

No. Check rotor slot, bar section, length, weight, lock, working direction, material and matching backing strips or wedges.

Are wear-part configurations the same for primary and secondary duty?

Not necessarily. Feed size, impact energy, abrasion, rotor speed, apron stages and gaps all influence bars and liners.

Can I enquire without a published model details?

Yes. Send full model, serial number, location, photographs and key dimensions or drawings. We identify the part before confirming supply.
