Rotor Tip Systems, Feed Parts and Chamber Wear Parts

Identify each part by position. Material selection considers high-speed abrasion, centrifugal loads, local impact, fracture risk and rotor dynamic balance together.

Wet-end and wear-part identification

The current stationary-VSI directory lists CV215, CV216, CV217, CV218, CV228 and CV229. Preserve the full CV model. Record rotor and Bi-Flow configuration independently of the model string. source

  • Rock-on-rock chamber: photograph the installed cavity and material-bed arrangement. [source]
  • Bi-Flow: photograph the additional feed gates and their configuration separately. [source]

Nameplate identification

Send legible carrier and crusher nameplates: manufacturer, complete model and suffix, serial number, and year where stated. Identify your parts / send nameplate.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the machine model enough to identify CV200 wear parts?

No. Also check rotor specification, ports and crushing mode, position, direction, part drawing, key dimensions, material and matched assemblies.

Can rotor tips, backup tips and cavity wear plates be replaced independently?

First verify rotor design and matched-part relationships. Similar shape does not imply identical position, direction, clearance, weight or balance requirements.

Can I request a quotation without a published model details?

Yes. Send the full model, serial number, rotor and used-part photographs, position, key dimensions or drawings so we can first identify the part technically.

Send the Sandvik CV200 Model, Rotor Configuration or Drawings

Provide the full model, serial number, rotor specification, position, drawings or samples, used-part photographs, drawings, material and duty. These support identification, material assessment, quality control and finished-part delivery.
