Identify wear parts by the rotor working face, primary, secondary or third curtain, chamber sidewall and feed-impact zone. Material pages support preliminary screening. Confirm the final material, profile, thickness, hole pattern and fastening method against the series, drawing and observed wear.

Primary curtain liners

Primary Curtain / First Apron Liner

The primary curtain receives the first impact and helps control product size. The illustration is generic. Check curtain construction, segmentation, bolt holes, cast or welded structure, gap setting and installation orientation.

Materials and operating conditions: MaxCap uses replaceable manganese plates in the impact chamber and feed plate. The VersaCap primary curtain uses a reversible, one-piece manganese casting. These structures are not interchangeable.

Secondary curtain liners

Secondary Curtain Liner

The secondary curtain further reduces material and redirects the flow. Its angle and gap affect product size. Confirm the specific curtain and the hydraulic or shim-adjustment version; the illustration does not identify an OEM part.

Materials and operating conditions: NGS curtains use interchangeable 76 mm chromium-alloy steel cast liners. The VersaCap secondary curtain is a fully lined, heavy-duty welded structure. Confirm material and segmentation for the series.

Optional third curtain liners

A third curtain is relevant only where the assembly is installed or a retrofit has been confirmed. It provides further control of top product size. Do not request it as a standard part on a machine without that assembly; the illustration is generic.

These liners protect the chamber and frame walls from local impact and abrasion. Confirm each panel by left/right side, feed or discharge position and its location beside a curtain. The illustration is a general identification aid.

Materials and operating conditions: MaxCap documentation describes replaceable wear-resistant steel chamber liners; NGS uses interchangeable wear-resistant alloy-steel liners. Confirm thickness, panel boundaries and fasteners against the installation.

MaxCap uses hydraulic cylinders to control the housing, secondary-curtain wear plate and feed plate. NGS and VersaCap use hydraulically assisted shim adjustment. Confirm cylinder bore, stroke, pressure, valve assembly and connections by series; the illustration is generic.

Materials and operating conditions: Cylinder tubes, rods, pins, seals and hoses depend on pressure, stroke, environment and fluid. Appearance or overall cylinder length alone cannot establish a replacement.

Curtain pivot pins and bushings

Apron Pivot Pin & Bushing

Curtain pivots maintain the working angle under repeated impact. Check the curtain, adjustment system and left/right supports together so replacing one part does not cause misalignment. The illustration is generic.

Can blow bars be ordered using only the name “الكسارة الصدمية”?

No. Identify the MaxCap, VersaCap, NGS, New Holland, Andreas or other specific series. Then provide the full model, serial number, rotor slot, hammer position, hole spacing, row count, worn part and drawing number.

Can MaxCap, VersaCap and NGS use the same blow-bar material?

Do not assume so. McLanahan describes manganese hammers for MaxCap, alloy-steel or manganese options for VersaCap, and chromium-alloy cast hammers for NGS. Selection also depends on feed material, impact, abrasion and the installed rotor.

Can I request a quotation without a part number?

Yes. Submit the equipment nameplate, blow-bar or liner photographs, installation position and key dimensions. ANRANST can use these for drawing review, material assessment and supply coordination.
