Pennsylvania Crusher Equipment and Parts

Pennsylvania Crusher Coal and Industrial Crushing Equipment and Spares

Explore equipment series, historical installations, model ranges, wear locations and spare-part enquiry requirements. Model and part numbers support identification; manufacturing and quotations depend on the serial number, drawing revision, dimensions, materials and acceptance requirements.

Equipment Series and Installed-Model Identification

Pennsylvania Crusher Equipment and Hammer Products

Identify complete machines, specific models and hammer products separately. Equipment from other TerraSource Global brands is not included as Pennsylvania Crusher equipment.

Rotary raw-coal breaking and cleaning

Bradford Breaker

The Bradford Breaker lifts material inside a rotating drum and uses gravity impact to size raw coal and separate unwanted material. Type RMD uses trunnion-roller support. Key spare parts include screen plates, lifting flights, internal deflectors, drive ring gears and trunnion rollers.

Diameter × length configurations

9′×12′, 9′×16′, 9′×20′, 9′×24′; 12′×16′, 12′×20′, 12′×24′, 12′×28′; 14′×20′, 14′×24′, 14′×28′, 14′×32′. These dimensions support installed-equipment identification only. Installation must follow certified drawings.

Twin-rotor sizing

Mountaineer II Sizer

Mountaineer II uses modular rotors, replaceable bolt-on tooth segments, a link gearbox and a common base. Timed and direct-drive untimed versions exist. Confirm rotor configuration, tooth-segment arrangement, link gearbox and drive type when enquiring about spares.

Model references

5010, 5020, 5025, 5030, 6510, 6520, 6530, 8013, 8020, 8030, 10010, 10020, 10030. Performance, feed size, product size and power requirements depend on the material and configuration.

Ring-hammer granulation

TKK Koal-King Granulator

The TKK Koal-King Granulator processes coal, limestone, gypsum and other friable materials. Material first encounters ring-hammer impact and the breaker plate, then is sized by rolling compression between the ring hammers and screen plates. The rear-opening design provides access for rotor maintenance and hammer replacement.

Key identification details

Confirm machine size, rotor width, ring-hammer arrangement, screen openings, breaker-plate design, bearing-housing type and adjustment mechanism. Dimensional tables must be checked against certified project drawings. ANRAN project references also include TKK 60103-CSM-PCC and assembly drawing references GN22600103 and GN260-211-HF232; confirm these project identifiers against the customer's drawings.

Symmetrical crushing chamber and reversible rotor

FBR / SXCA-G Reversible Hammermill

FBR reversible hammermills process fluidized-bed boiler fuel, limestone and other minerals. Reversing the rotor alternates wear between the two hammer faces. Pennsylvania Crusher SXCA/G 104-42 is a historical installation with six hammer rows. Both are listed for reversible-hammermill identification, without implying parts interchangeability.

Historical model references

FBR: 422, 423, 424, 483, 484, 485, 545, 547, 549; SXCA/G: 104-42. Confirm dimensions, parts and application scope against the corresponding serial number, general arrangement and part drawings.

Wet and low-grade coal crushing

Coal Impactor

Coalpactor uses an open-bottom, free-air impact design for wet or low-grade coal. Key maintenance parts include forged hammers, breaker blocks, hammer suspension discs and bars, replaceable liners, rotors, bearings and split bearing housings.

Models and configuration limits

The identification references include 7020; multiple sizes and configurations exist. Supply the nameplate, rotor width, hammer arrangement, breaker-block details and housing drawings with your enquiry.

Reversible impact crushing

Reversible Impactor:CAL, CA, CXF, CXC

Developed by Pennsylvania Crusher in 1937, this product family includes CAL, CA, CXF and CXC models. The open-bottom design has no screen bars. Principal spares include impact hammers, breaker blocks, rotor assemblies, frame liners and adjustment mechanisms.

Model references

CAL: 3-32A, 5-32A, 5-38A, 7-38A, 9-38A, 11-38A, 13-38A, 11-44A, 15-44A, 19-44A; CA: 6-36, 8-48, 8-60, 10-60; CXF/CXC: 00-16, 3-26. Confirm equipment selection and parts against the full model designation, serial number and drawings.

Crushing hard and abrasive materials

Jaw Crushers

Pennsylvania Crusher jaw crushers compress material between fixed and moving jaw plates. An intermeshing-tooth cullet plate design is used for glass cullet. ANRAN production references include jaw-plate identifiers 502003 and 05AM15030-151AB; confirm the specific machine model and installation position against the customer's drawings.

Identification limits

The historical equipment range includes feed sizes up to 48 in (1219 mm) and nominal product sizes down to 3/4 in (19 mm). This overview does not replace certified drawings for a specific model.

Low-speed impact, shear and compression

Type K Single Roll Crusher

The Pennsylvania Crusher Type K single-roll crusher processes friable materials with compressive strengths no greater than 8,000 psi, including coal, petroleum coke and lignite. It can also break lumps of potash, chemicals and salts. The open bottom has no screen bars. Identify roll teeth, roll shells, crushing plates, adjustment shims, bearings and drive parts.

Diameter × roll-face length

24×30, 24×40, 24×50, 24×60, 30×50, 30×60, 30×72, 30×100 in. Use these dimensions for initial identification; verify the final specification against the nameplate, serial number and certified drawings.

Continuous controlled feeding

POSIFLOW Feeders

POSIFLOW is a historical Pennsylvania Crusher feeder for wet, dry, lumpy, sticky, abrasive or granular materials. This entry supports historical equipment and spare-parts identification; it does not establish current models, performance ratings or interchangeable parts.

Enquiry requirements

Equipment nameplate, full model designation, serial number, feed capacity, material, rotor or conduit arrangement, drive details and existing part drawings. Confirm current supply or replacement options for the specific project.

Replacement hammers, not complete machines

Big Buster and PennAlloy 2000 Forged Steel Hammers

Big Buster hammers build on the PennAlloy 2000 forged steel hammer design with hardfacing on both working faces. PennAlloy 2000 hammers can be supplied in weight-matched sets with heat-batch traceability. These are hammer products, not complete crushers.

Historical specifications and scope

11, 16½, 20 and 50 lb, including half-head end-hammer options. These describe the historical product range only. ANRANST quotations depend on current drawings, worn samples, individual weights, set-matching requirements, materials and heat-treatment requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

Models, Part Numbers and Replacement-Part Requirements

Can I enquire with photographs of worn parts but no Pennsylvania Crusher drawing number?

Yes. Send the nameplate, machine arrangement drawing, installation position, photographs of the worn part from several angles and key dimensions. These help determine whether identification, measurement or manufacture to drawing is feasible.

Can I order directly using the listed part numbers?

No. The part-number revision, equipment model, serial number, installation position, drawings and material requirements must first be checked.

Does a historical product catalogue mean every listed model is still sold?

No. Historical model information supports installed-equipment and spare-parts identification. Current availability and replacement relationships must be confirmed for the specific project.
