Wear parts

Crushing-Chamber قطع الغيار المستهلكة and Materials

Identify tooth rings and segments, tooth caps, side wear plates, breaker bars, cleaning combs, fasteners and roll shells by position. The cards link to component and material guides.

Tooth Rings / Segments — identification image
01

Tooth Rings / Segments

Tooth Ring / Tooth Segment

Mounted around the crushing shaft, their profile, tooth count, angle and arrangement determine material capture and discharge. Confirm the series, shaft position, segment angle and original drawing.

Material assessment: Available records include ZG30CrMnMo and Mn13Cr2 / ASTM A128 B-2. Confirm the actual material against impact, abrasion and the original drawing.

Tooth Caps and Retention Assemblies — identification image
02

Tooth Caps and Retention Assemblies

Tooth Cap & Retention Assembly

Includes tooth caps and their retention structures. Confirm the mounting section, fastening method, hole pattern and tooth profile; appearance alone does not establish interchangeability.

Material assessment: Confirm heavy-duty tooth caps, fasteners and substrate materials separately against original drawings, impact loads and assembly requirements.

View the component guide →
Side Wear Plates and End Plates — identification image
03

Side Wear Plates and End Plates

Side Wear Plate / End Plate

Located at the chamber sides and ends to contain material and protect the housing. Confirm profile, hole pattern, thickness and installation clearances against the general arrangement and installed parts.

Material assessment: Select wear plate or cast wear parts according to material abrasiveness, impact severity and the original material specification.

View the component guide →
Breaker-Bar Caps and Cleaning Combs — identification image
04

Breaker-Bar Caps and Cleaning Combs

Breaker Bar Cap / Cleaning Comb

Breaker-bar caps help control final product size; cleaning combs clear tooth roots in sticky, wet material. Identify each by machine configuration and installation position.

Material assessment: Existing records specify ZG30CrMnMo for tooth segments and breaker-bar parts. Confirm cleaning-comb material against the original drawing.

Tooth-Segment Bolts and Fasteners — identification image
05

Tooth-Segment Bolts and Fasteners

Tooth Segment Bolt & Fastener

Carry alternating impact, clamping and vibration loads. Check threads, head design, strength class, preload and matching washers together.

Material assessment: Manufacture to the original drawing's alloy-steel grade, heat-treatment condition, mechanical properties and surface protection requirements.

View the component guide →
Roll Shells / Shaft Sleeves — identification image
06

Roll Shells / Shaft Sleeves

Roll Shell / Drum

These load-bearing structures mount tooth segments and transmit torque. Confirm axial length, outside diameter, segment interfaces, keys or splines and dynamic-balance requirements.

Material assessment: Confirm structural material, forging or casting route and heat treatment against the complete drawing and non-destructive testing requirements.

View the component guide →
Spare parts

Shaft, Support and Drive Spares

Drive spares are listed separately. Confirm gearboxes, couplings, shafts, bearings, housings and fluid couplings against the complete installed interfaces.

Crushing-Shaft Assembly — identification image
01

Crushing-Shaft Assembly

Roll Shaft Assembly

Includes the main shaft, tooth-segment mounting zone, end connections and support interfaces. Confirm the full series, shaft position, rotation direction, general arrangement and shaft-system drawing.

Material assessment: Confirm shaft material, heat treatment, flaw detection, dimensional tolerances and surface quality against the original drawing and loading conditions.

View the component guide →
Bearings and Housings — identification image
02

Bearings and Housings

Bearing & غلاف المحمل

Carry radial and axial loads in the low-speed, high-torque shaft system. Check bearing clearance, housing bore, seals and lubrication connections as a complete assembly.

Material assessment: Confirm bearing models from the IOM and installation records. Follow the original drawing for housing material, machining accuracy and flaw detection.

Dedicated علبة التروس Assembly — identification image
03

Dedicated علبة التروس Assembly

Sizer علبة التروس Assembly

A core assembly in the MMD Sizer's low-speed, high-torque drive. Before quoting, confirm gearbox model, ratio, input and output ends, installation orientation and interfaces.

Material assessment: Confirm gear and shaft alloy steel, heat treatment, tooth accuracy and inspection requirements from the original drawing or a traceable sample.

View the component guide →
Gear Couplings — identification image
04

Gear Couplings

Gear Coupling Assembly

Connect the drive to the shaft system and accommodate limited installation misalignment. Check external-tooth hubs, internal-tooth sleeves, seals and lubrication arrangements together against interface dimensions.

Material assessment: Confirm tooth material, heat treatment and fit accuracy against the original drawing, along with permissible torque and misalignment.

Reference-use rules: Use each reference with the full model, shaft position, angle, serial number and drawing revision. A suspected duplicate-reference group was excluded from the public table; unconfirmed references are not published.

Is MMD 625 enough to identify a tooth segment?

No. Confirm shaft position, segment angle, tooth arrangement, fastening method, serial number and drawing revision. The references here help narrow the search.

Why are 750 and 850 listed in the same row?

MMD's current Sizer Range presents 750 / 850 together. Distinguish actual parts by full model and project configuration.

Can materials be substituted solely by grade designation?

No. Grade is only an initial filter. Also check part position, impact and abrasion conditions, section size, heat treatment, hardness gradient, flaw detection and drawing requirements.
