Drawing and Engineering Review
We review mating surfaces and interface dimensions and assess material, heat treatment and manufacturing feasibility.
Forms a secondary grinding path and controls product fineness.
Grinding path liner (Grinding Path Liner)— Hammer Crusher Wear part, position 17.
| Installation Position | Grinding path outside the HAZEMAG HUV/HNM rotor; item 17 in the variant reference diagram. |
| Main Function | Forms a secondary grinding path and controls product fineness. |
| Replacement Frequency | High; assess replacement from the profile, remaining thickness, adjustment allowance, cracks and product fineness. |
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Material Options | Martensitic wear-resistant steel, high-chromium white cast iron, high-chromium/steel bimetal or ceramic/MMC composites |
| Typical Properties and Acceptance Criteria | The grinding path handles finer material after initial impact, with a greater proportion of sliding and compressive wear, so higher hardness may be suitable. Typical ranges are about 45–55 HRC for martensitic steel and 55–65 HRC for high-chromium working layers. Assess tramp material, edge impact and fastening-hole stresses. Control curvature, segment gaps, support faces, thickness and adjustment range. |
| Principal Failure Mechanism | Impact, cutting and abrasive wear; sliding and three-body abrasion, local impact and cracking around fastener holes |
