We review mating surfaces and interface dimensions and assess material, heat treatment and manufacturing feasibility.
The central load-bearing shaft supports the crushing head and transmits gyratory crushing loads. The shaft and its external protective sleeve are separate parts.
Main Shaft(Mainshaft) is an individual gyratory crusher part. Verify its interfaces with adjacent mainshaft, spider, liner, eccentric and hydraulic system parts against the actual machine arrangement.

For drawing-based manufacture, check the mainshaft body and protective sleeve separately. Confirm journals, tapers, threads, fits, material, forging grain flow, heat treatment, mechanical properties, non-destructive testing, surface finish and straightness.
