Main Shaft
The central load-bearing shaft supports the crushing head and transmits gyratory crushing loads. The shaft and its external protective sleeve are separate parts.
Main Shaft(Mainshaft) is an individual gyratory crusher part. Verify its interfaces with adjacent mainshaft, spider, liner, eccentric and hydraulic system parts against the actual machine arrangement.

- Current material, heat treatment, hardness, mechanical properties and nondestructive testing requirements;
- Failure photos, wear measurements, crack locations, current service life and target life;
- Fit with adjacent parts, fastening, lubrication, sealing and assembly/disassembly requirements.
