Hydraulic Adjustment Assembly

The hydraulic assembly that supports and adjusts the mainshaft axially, controls the discharge setting and contributes to overload protection.

Hydraulic Adjustment Assembly(Hydroset Assembly) is a gyratory crusher assembly. Verify its interfaces with adjacent mainshaft, spider, liner, eccentric and hydraulic system parts against the actual machine arrangement.

Installation position and function

Installation Position	At the lower end of the mainshaft and the hydraulic support area in the bottom shell.
Main Function	Uses hydraulic pressure to support the mainshaft and adjust its height and the discharge setting, with protection functions depending on the crusher design.

Drawing-based manufacture and technical review

Check the assembly drawings, seal materials, surface accuracy and hydraulic requirements for the cylinder, piston, upper and lower bushings, piston seals, step washers, piston wear plate and support plate.

Required Ordering / RFQ Information

OEM, complete model, serial number and assembly or part number;
Latest drawing revision, dimensions, unit weight, critical tolerances and assembly interfaces;
Current material, heat treatment, hardness, mechanical properties and nondestructive testing requirements;
Failure photos, wear measurements, crack locations, current service life and target life;
Fit with adjacent parts, fastening, lubrication, sealing and assembly/disassembly requirements.
