Material Information

  • ZG40Cr25Ni20: a candidate heat-resistant cast steel grade. Assess suitability from the applicable material standard, casting thickness, metal temperature and atmosphere. Clinker temperature is not the casting's allowable service temperature.
  • ZG35Cr26Ni12: a candidate heat-resistant cast steel grade. Specify composition, heat treatment and operating temperature range from the part drawing and material standard.
  • High-chromium cast iron (Cr26): an abrasion-resistant candidate for clinker crusher hammers.
  • Mn18Cr2 manganese steel: a work-hardening candidate for impact-loaded clinker crusher parts.
  • Hardox 400: wear-resistant plate for chain conveyor flights and liners in lower-temperature areas.
