| Typical Properties and Acceptance Criteria | Bearing raceways commonly have a hardness around 58–64 HRC. Impact crushers often use double-row spherical roller bearings, but the designation, clearance and cage vary by machine. Verify dynamic and static load ratings, limiting speed, C3/C4 internal clearance, fits, grease, permitted temperature and contamination control. External dimensions alone are insufficient for selecting a replacement that meets the required bearing life. |
